unable to view "benefits" tab for new hire

Hello,
I have hired an employee using "hire an employee' option under my client group and , now when i login as the employee i do not see 'Benefits' section under Me or navigator. Even tried searching as well, still no luck.
Checked their employee role as well and it have both roles and privileges as "Use REST Service - Benefit Enrollments Read Only"
Can someone please help ?
