Benefit enrollment opportunity shows domestic parner when there is no domestic partner

Summary:

We have just created a new plan. Options are already availbale for other existing plans, so we utlized the existing options to add into this new plan.

We have two programs - I am going to call it Program A and Program for my inquiry here purpose.

This new plan is effective 1/1/2025.

During testing, we discovered:

Program A is working fine as expected.

But Program B has issues. I see enrollment opportunties have EE + dometic partner and EE+dometic partner Family as choices of options. Yes, the plan has these options, but employees do not have dometic partner and never did. Odd thing is, other plans within this program is working fine, and does not give that options as expected. So obviously when employee logs in on Self-Service, they see that see options as well.

Howdy, Stranger!
