How do I set up triggers within 'AskFeedback' within the Digital Assistant?
Hi,
Looking for some guidance please in relation to creating triggers for 'AskFeedback' within the Digital Assistant?
Have initiated the below however at present the triggers are set up on the basis of specific utterances (Thank You, Cheers etc) being inputted.
From a UX perspective we wish for feedback to be triggered once a chat session has concluded and the user has got what they needed.
We are using the native AskFeedback function, as detailed within the below post:

Of the understanding that this feature inherits the native insights functionality for reporting. Provided we have created a custom feedback model, you have to create a custom reporting solution which sits outside of IDCS.
