Could some one help me with getting an insight to the solution made for below 2 requirements:

  1. The client that I am working on has an external vendor for dependent verification. So the ask is to hold on the dependent enrollment till the approval happens on the vendor side. There would be weekly interfaces to vendor and we can assume that there is going to be a inbound from vendor indicating verification status. Has any body used pending action for Med/Den/Vis plans? What are the implication of enabling this? Is there any other possible way to solution this considering the enrollment for dependents should not get applied till approval happens?

Howdy, Stranger!
