Is it possible to show only the custom election error message in post election formula, currently it's showing default text like below

If you're a benefits administrator, note that the enrollment result didn't satisfy the post election edit rules that were defined in the formula. Review the formula, make changes if required, and try again.
Client requirement is like they want to remove this wording from error message " If you're a benefits administrator, note that the enrollment result didn't satisfy the post election edit rules that were defined in the formula. Review the formula, make changes if required, and try again." Is that possible?
