How to Whitelist an External Application's URL in Fusion Applications

The UEF framework facilitates communication between external applications loaded within Fusion or within the CTI toolbar window and Fusion applications. However, for these external applications to utilize UEF APIs, listen to Fusion application events, or perform actions within Fusion applications, their URLs must be whitelisted.

In simpler terms, an external application embedded in Fusion or CTI that isn't whitelisted cannot communicate with Fusion applications or access any UEF capabilities.

Follow the steps below to whitelist an external application's URL for communication with Fusion applications:
