Person Change Causes Life Event fast formula error - Too many records

Summary:

We need to create a potential life event when an employee changes from one type of job to another(warehouse job to office job). However, moving from warehouse to office also requires a Global Transfer due to the legal entity change so we need the fast formula to loop and find the most recent Employee assignment.

We have created a fast formula which appears to be returning the correct data (assignment, job, job type) when we test the fast formula in the Evaluate Formulas and Eligibility Profiles. However, whenever we actually process a Global Transfer with the formula, an error message pops up at the end of the Global Transfer saying Too many matching records. The global transfer still completes, but the potential life event is not triggered.

Howdy, Stranger!
