Hi All,

I'm receiving the below error message when I'm trying to evaluate the potential event for a new hire employee.

Error message

A payroll ID is required for determining pay periods. Ensure that the person has a valid payroll on the processing date. (BEN-990362)
This error occurred in the package ben_distribute_rates.get_periods_between. Contact your benefits administrator for a trace file review
